RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
**ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN** ONLY EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED ON UNWORN AND UNWASHED ITEMS (FREE OF ANY SENT, STAINS FROM MAKEUP, DEODORANT, OR WEAR) WITH ALL EXQUISITE FIGURES COUTURE AND PRODUCT TAGS ATTACHED. THERE IS A 20% RESTOCK FEE AND CUSTOMERS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NEW DELIVERY RATE.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s) you may return item(s) for an exchange or store credit. Exquisite Figures Couture will gladly accept returns for products originally purchased here. This merchandise must be returned to the location of original shipment (the address listed on your packing slip).
Exchanging your purchase
Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Do not return any merchandise outside of the return window without contacting customer service.
The items must be in original “new” condition or the return will not be allowed. Exquisite Figures Couture does not accept exchanges unless they are returned in their original packaging. All shoe boxes must be shipped back in original shoe box and outer carton. Any shoe boxes shipped back without an outer shipping carton will be refused.
Please write your name, order number on the card insert with your package. Please ship your exchange via a traceable signature-required service to ensure delivery and proper credit.
Unfortunately, at this time, return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please send all returns prepaid to: Exquisite Figures Couture Customer Service
Please allow a minimum of 10 (s) days for us to receive and process your return. In most instances, your return will be processed much sooner. You will receive an email notification when your merchandise has been processed and shipped.
On your return slip, please specify the reason for exchanging and what you would like to exchange your merchandise for. Do not place a separate order for your exchange. A Customer service representative will place your exchange order manually. Once we receive your original items, Exquisite Figures Couture will auto ship even exchanges.
Store Credits (valid 30 days after order date)
Store credits will be issued for any difference in the exchange dollar amount and will remain on file up to 3 months from the order date. If you owe Exquisite Figures Couture a balance toward your exchange, Exquisite Figures Couture will issue an invoice via paypal for payment. Exchanged merchandise will not ship until the balance is paid.
Damaged or Defective Products
All Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted via email info@ExquisiteFiguresCouture within 10 days of your order date. Please include digital photos of all angles of the items, including the back and bottoms, for review. We may request that you send the items to our Quality Assurance Department for further review. If the damage or defect is a result of a manufacturing flaw, we will replace your product with the same style or a style of comparable value. If the problem was caused by reasons other than material or manufacturing defect, the original merchandise will be returned to you in the same condition as it was received.
Please note that the product life expectancy depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Any product damage determined to be normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life expectancy of the product will not be covered or replaced.

PROCESSING TIME :
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days or sooner.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking numbe in your shipment confirmation email.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:
- USPS standard shipping 3-5 business days.
- Priority 2-3 business days
- USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases).
- USPS Priority international mail (7-14 business days)
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number.
